Bio
So what is an ELJAY BIO, anyway? To me, it's nothing more than a maximum of sixty-four kilobytes of text where the ELJAYer sells themselves to potential ELJAY FRENZ, randoms, and Intarnet Stalkers. How exactly could this bio garner me even more friends than, oh, I don't know, reading my journal could? That's what it's there for, and besides, most of it's public - out of 730 entries, maybe ten percent of them are FO'd, mostly for being confused and random shit (or at least, more confused and random than the rest of the non-FO'd entries). Anyway, here's my best attempt at it, mostly tl;dr but meh.

What is to be said about this [info]mortonofski character?

Matters General
-I'm 25 years old and live in the wonderful city of Kingston (though you could probably have divined that without any help from this)
-once upon a time, I was considered to be better than [info]shifuimam's flist - combined (her words, not mine)
-much of my own flist comes from (or has some association with) the Greater Cobourg Area (GCA) in East Central Ontario, thus meaning that (with a few exceptions) I really don't get out much on the Internets
-I'm a relatively big and tall guy (about 6' and rather overweight, though not grossly so)

Matters Academic
-I'm currently a Master of Planning Candidate at the Queen's School of Urban and Regional Planning (hereinafter referred to as "SURP", which is not so much an acronym as it is a noun, verb...hell, it probably belongs to most, if not all, lexical categories)
-Before that, I earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) program in Political Studies at Queen's University at Kingston (hence the [info]queens, natch). I still freak out constantly about my assignments (and procrastinate to hitherto unexplored heights) but still managed to get decent marks (except for a few of tests or assignments, in five academic years most of my assignments/tests/etc. were returned with more than a 70); this provides the subject for a plurality of my entries. I really didn't see myself continuing in Political Studies past a BA(Hons). I was once considering switching to a Politics/History medial (like my housemate did; medial = Queen's fancy term for a double major) if I didn't start doing better in my PoliSci (POLS) courses, but considering that I got a 75 or so across the POLS courses I took the year I was thinking about this, and did much better in the courses I took the following two years, and since I pretty much wore out my welcome with the History department, I decided against it. I also considered a Politics/Geography medial, not so much because of doing poorly in my POLS courses, but because I simply didn't enjoy them anymore, whereas I rather enjoyed Geography, and got great marks in it, to boot. However, a combination of a) finding interesting Politics courses and b) laziness ended that.
-people think I'm intelligent, though I sometimes have my doubts, like when I procrastinate my ass off (i.e. right now)...

Matters Interesting
-not all of my interests are reflected on the below list, I only tend to write in what I'm thinking of at the time.
-I'll listen to virtually any type of music, I'm not too too picky. Unless it's TeenPop. Or excessive country. I like bits of everything, but probably the artists I listen to most often are Neil Young (with or without Crazy Horse, Stray Gators, and/or CSN), Das Hips (remember that time I could have gone to their hometown LVEC concert(s) but was too lazy/cheap?), Rage Against The Machine, and Weezer (=w=). Aside from that, it's a confused jumble of probably 40-50 regular artists, too numerous for me to list.
-I'm partial to many movies (except chick flicks, which [info]fourthfate always tries to get me to watch - NO PANTS FOR YOU).
-at the moment most of my reading is academic - the curse of being a student. However, in my spare (ha!) time, I tend to read mostly non-fiction, particularly modern history. Deep philosophy has never been my strong suit.

Sadly, I don't really communicate with people outside of school, Facebook and ELJAY. I need a life.

And sadly, one of the most fun things I do is [RADIO EDIT] around with the Facebook or ELJAY. Which gets boring after a while. I need a life.
